El LMX1600/01/02 es un sintetizador de doble frecuencia monolíticamente integrado diseñado para formar parte de una familia de subsistemas de osciladores locales para transceptores de radio. Adopta el proceso nacional BiCMOS de silicio ABIC V de 0.5U.

El LMX1600/01/02 contiene dos preescaladores de modo dual, cuatro contadores programables, un detector bifásico y dos bombas de carga de ganancia seleccionables que proporcionan dos filtros de bucle externos y voltajes de control de bucle VCO. La detección de bloqueo de filtro digital incluye dos PLL. DATOS A TRAVÉS DE MICROCABLE A LA INTERFAZ SERIE LMX1600/01/02 ™ (DATOS, LIBRAS DE RELOJ).

El rango de voltaje de alimentación V CC puede ser de 2.7V a 3.6V. El LMX1600/01/02 tiene un consumo de corriente muy bajo, normalmente 4,0 mA a 3 V para el LMX1601, LMX1600 o LMX1602 5,0 mA 3V. El PLL controlado por hardware está apagado.
