illustrate
The LMX2531 is a low-power, high-performance frequency synthesizer system that includes a fully integrated Delta-Sigma PLL and VCO with fully integrated energy storage circuitry. The third and fourth poles are also integrated and can also be adjusted. In addition, it includes integrated ultra-low noise and PLL and VCO, which gives higher power immunity and consistent performance and high accuracy LDO. When combined with a high-quality reference oscillator, the LMX2531 generates a stable, low-noise local oscillator signal for the conversion of up and down wireless communication devices. The LMX2531 is a monolithic integrated circuit, manufactured in an advanced BiCMOS process. There are several different versions of this product to suit different frequency bands.
The device is programmed to facilitate the use of three wires MICROWIRE Operation interface, down to 1.8 volts.
The supply voltage range is 2.8 to 3.2 volts. The LMX2531 is available in a 36-pin 6x6x0.8 mm lead-free lead-free frame package (LLP).
