illustrate
The LMX2531 is a low-power, high-performance frequency synthesis system that includes a fully integrated Delta-Sigma PLL and VCO fully integrated energy storage circuitry. The third and fourth poles are also integrated and can also be adjusted. In addition, it also includes integrated ultra-low noise, high-precision LDOs, providing higher power immunity and consistent PLL and VCO performance. When combined with a high-quality reference oscillator, the LMX2531 produces a very smooth, noise-low local oscillator signal that transitions up and down in wireless communication equipment. The LMX2531 is a monolithic integrated circuit manufactured on an advanced BiCMOS process. There are several different versions of this product to suit different frequency bands.
The device is easy to program with three wires MICROWIRE The interface can run down to 1.8 volts.
The supply voltage range is 2.8 to 3.2 volts. The LMX2531 is a 36-pin 6x6x0.8 mm lead-free leadframe package (LLP).
