The LMZ14203H accepts input voltage rails between 6V and 42V and provides a low-adjustable, highly accurate output voltage up to 5V. The LMZ14203H requires only three external resistors and four external capacitors to complete the power solution. The LMZ14203H is a reliable, rugged design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limiting, and allowing start-up of prebiased outputs. A single resistor regulates the switching frequency up to 1MHz.
