LMZ14201 is an innovative solution that enhances thermal performance and allows manual or machine welding.
The LMZ14201 can accept input voltage rails between 6V and 42V and provide adjustable and highly accurate output voltages down to 0.8V. The LMZ14201 requires only three external resistors and four external capacitors to complete the power solution. The LMZ14201 is a safe, reliable and powerful design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limiting, and allows entry into a prebiased output startup. A single resistor regulates the switching frequency up to 1 MHz.
