The LP239, LP339, LP2901 are four poor low power consumption. Each device is powered by four independent voltage comparators designed to operate from a single supply, typically drawing 60μA to leak a wide range of voltage currents. Operation from split power is also possible, independent of the supply voltage of ultra-low leakage current supplies.

Applications include limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse generators, square wave generators, delay generators, voltage-controlled oscillators, multivibrators, and high voltage logic gates. The LP239, LP339, LP2901 are specifically designed for use with CMOS logic families.
