Product Introduction

The LP239, LP339, LP2901 are poor in low power consumption. Each device is powered by a single supply that operates exclusively and typically draws up to 60μA of leakage over a wide range of voltage currents with four independent voltage comparators. It is also possible to operate from a split power supply, regardless of the supply voltage of an ultra-low leakage current power supply.

Applications include limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse generators, square wave generators, delay generators, voltage-controlled oscillators, multiviber oscillators, and high-voltage logic gates. The LP239, LP339, LP2901 are specially designed for use with CMOS logic series.
