The LP339 consists of four independent voltages designed for operation on a single supply and drawing on typical power supplies consuming more than 60 μA of current over a wide range of voltages. Operation from a separate supply may also be independent of the supply voltage with ultra-low leakage current. These comparators also have a common-mode range that includes ground, even when powered from a single source.

Applications include limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse, square, and time-delay generators; VCO; Multivibrator, high voltage logic gate. The LP339 is a specially designed interface and CMOS logic family. The ultra-low supply current makes the LP339 valuable for battery-powered applications.
