The LP339 consists of four independent voltage comparators designed for operation from a single supply and plots a wide range of leakage currents typically from a power supply of 60μA over the supply voltage. It is also possible to separate the operation of the power supply and the leakage current of the ultra-low power supply is independent of the supply voltage. These comparators also have a common range of patterns that include ground, even when operated from a single power supply.

Applications include limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse, square, and delay generators; VCO's multivibrator; High voltage logic gates.
