The LP38513 fast response ultra-low dropout linear regulator operates from a 2.25 V to 5.50 V input supply. This ultra-low dropout linear regulator has a very fast response time, step changes, or load conditions, which makes it suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. Developed for a CMOS process for the PMOS bypass transistor, the LP38513 has low quiescent current operation that is independent of the output load current.

Ground pin current: Typically 12 mA at 3A load current.

Disable Mode: At a typical quiescent current of 60μA, the enable pin is pulled low.
