LP3855 - ADJ fast ultra-low dropout linear regulator operation from +2.5 V to +7.0 V input supply. These ultra-low dropout linear regulators react very quickly to one-step loads, which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. LP3855 - ADJ is a CMOS process that allows low quiescent current operation, independent of output load current. This CMOS process also allows operation with very low differential pressure conditions for LP3855-ADJ.

Differential pressure: Ultra-low dropout voltage typically at 150mA load current and 240mV at 1.5A load current.

Ground pin current: Typically 4 mA at 1.5A load current.

Shutdown mode: Quiescent current is typically 10nA when the shutdown pin is pulled low.

Adjustable output voltage: The output voltage is programmable through two external resistors.
