illustrate
The LP3852/LP3855 series of fast ultra-low dropout linear regulators operate from +2.5 V to +7.0 V input supplies. A wide range of preset output voltage options are available. These ultra-low dropout linear regulators respond very quickly to one-step loads, which makes them suitable for use in variations in low-voltage microprocessor applications. The LP3852/LP3855 have been developed using a CMOS process that allows low quiescent current operation with independent output load current. This CMOS process also allows the LP3852/LP3855 to operate at very low differential pressure conditions.
Differential pressure: Ultra-low dropout, typically at 150mA load current and 240mV at 1.5mV at 1.5mV.
Ground Pin Current: Typically 4 mA at 1.5A load current.
Shutdown mode: Typically 10nA quiescent current when the shutdown pin is pulled down.
^Error flags: ^The error flag becomes low when the output voltage drops below 10% of the nominal value.
Read out: Needle feeling, improved load adjustment in the remote area.
Precision Output Voltage: A wide range of output voltage options are available from 1.8V to 5.0V, a condition that guarantees accuracy of ± 1.5% ± 3.0% at room temperature (different lines, loads, and temperatures).
