The LP38690/2-ADJ CMOS low dropout linear regulator provides a 2.5% precision reference voltage with very low dropout voltage (450mV @ 1A load current，OUT= 5V V) and excellent AC performance using ultra-low ESR ceramic output capacitors.
The low RTD and SOT-223 package allows for use throughout the operating current, even in environments with high ambient temperatures.
The use of a PMOS power transistor means that no DC base drive current must allow deviation that is still below 100μA at the ground pin current, regardless of load current, input voltage, or operating temperature.
