While LP38691/3 CMOS low-dropout linear regulators offer tight output tolerances (2.0% typical), very low dropout (250 mV @ 500mA load current, OUT = 5V V), and excellent AC performance utilizing ultra-low ESR ceramic output capacitors.
The low thermal resistance of LLP, SOT-223, and TO-252 packages allows for the entire operating current, even in environments with high ambient temperatures.
