LP3875 - ADJ Fast Ultra-Low Dropout Linear Regulator Operation from +2.5 V to +7.0 V Input Supply. These ultra-low dropout linear regulators respond very quickly to one-step loads, which makes them suitable for use in variations in low-voltage microprocessor applications. LP3875 - ADJ is a CMOS process developed that allows low quiescent current to operate, independent of the output load current. This CMOS process also allows for LP3875-ADJ. Operates under very low differential pressure conditions.

Dropout: Ultra-low dropout, typically at 150mA load current and 380mV at 1.5A load current.

Ground pin current at 1.5A load current: typically 6 mA.

Shutdown mode: usually 10nA quiescent current, when the shutdown pin is pulled down.

Adjustable Output Voltage: The output voltage can be programmed with two external resistors.
