The LP3990 voltage regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered systems to provide precise output voltage, low noise, and low quiescent current. The LP3990 will provide up to 150mA of load current from 0.8V output with a low input voltage of 2V. When switching to shutdown mode, power consumption is reduced to almost zero by enabling the logic signal on the enabling pin.
The LP3990 is designed with space-saving small ceramic capacitors up to 1.0μF to stabilize.
Specifies a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
