The LP5951 regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered, stable output voltage and low quiescent current systems. When switching through the enable pin logic signal shutdown mode, power consumption is reduced to almost zero.

The LP5951 is designed to be stable for small 1μF ceramic capacitors.

The LP5951 also has internal protection against short-circuit current and over-temperature conditions.

Performance is specified for a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

The device is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages.
