The LP5951 regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered systems to provide a stable output voltage and low quiescent current. When the switch is off mode, power consumption is reduced to almost zero by enabling the logic signal on the enable pin.

The LP5951 is designed to be stabilized for small 1μF ceramic capacitors.

LP5951 also features internal protection against short-circuit currents and over-temperature conditions.

Specified for performance over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

The device is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages.

The device offers a fixed output voltage range of 1.3V to 3.7V. For availability, please contact your local NSC sales office.
