illustrate
The LP5952 is a dual-rail optimized linear regulator for ultra-low voltage circuits powered from a single lithium-ion battery or a 3-cell NiMH/NiCd battery.
In typical post-regulation applications, V BATT is directly connected to the battery (2.5V ... 5.5V) and V IN is an output voltage DC-DC converter (range 0.7V ... 4.5V).
The device offers superior dropout rates and transient combined with very low quiescent current. In shutdown mode (enable pin pulled down), the device shuts down, reducing power consumption to 0.1μA (typical).
The LP5952 also provides protection against internal over-temperature, over-current, and under-voltage conditions.
Specifies a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
The device can be used in a very small 5-bump micro SMD and 6-pin LLP package chip without lead.
The device offers a fixed output voltage range of 0.5V to 2.0V. For availability, please contact your local NSC sales office.
