This device is a versatile, programmable power management unit (PMU) optimized for sub-block power solutions. The device integrates two high efficiency 600 mA step-down DC/DC converter configurations with dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) 800 mA load through I 2 C, two low-noise analog LDOs, three digital LDOs that can accommodate 300 mA of load current per two low-input, low-output (LILO) regulators and one I 2 C-compatible serial interface allows the host controller to access internal control registers. The device also features a programmable power-up sequence. LDO regulators provide high PSRR, low noise ideal for power supply, ideal for analog and digital loads.
The device can be configured as a module Sub_PMU (e.g., camera/multimedia module) or as a stand-alone PMU power processor itself.
