LPC1100LV Directly input Cortex-M0 microcontrollers rated from 1.65 V to 1.95 V 

LPC1100LV is the first Cortex-M0 microcontroller to directly input 1.65 V to 1.95 V. It also offers industry-leading deep sleep current (less than 2 μA) and an unparalleled wake-up time (5 μs). Compared to 8-bit/16-bit solutions, LPC1100LV low power consumption and low voltage provide battery-powered applications with unmatched energy efficiency. The LPC1100LV series LPC1101LV (using 2 mm x 2 mm wafer-level chip-level packaging) provides low voltage for the world's smallest 32-bit ARM microcontroller solution. Both the CPU (1.8 V) and GPIO (3.3 V) use dual-voltage inputs, for example, running simultaneously with a 3.3 V SPI input and a 1.8 V I²C output. This unique flexibility also eliminates the need for external logic, which helps reduce the number of pins.
