LPC1115FET48

The ARM® Cortex-M0™ processor is the smallest, lowest power and most energy-efficient ARM processor on the market. With an ultra-small silicon area, low power consumption, and minimal code footprint, the processor achieves 32-bit performance at the price point of an 8-bit device, eliminating the need for 16-bit devices. The Cortex-M0 offers significant system cost savings while retaining tool and binary compatibility with feature-rich processors such as the Cortex-M3. It consumes only 85 μW/MHz (0.085 mW) in an area typically less than 12 K gates, enabling the creation of ultra-low-power analog and mixed-signal devices.
