The LPV7215 is an ultra-low power comparison with a typical supply current of 580 nA. It has the best best-in-class propagation delay performance between power supplies and state-of-the-art low-power comparators. The propagation delay is as low as 100 mV, and the overdrive is 4.5 microseconds for a 1.8V supply.

The LPV7215 is designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages, from 1.8V to 5.5V, guaranteed to operate at 1.8V, 2.7V and 5.0V, making it ideal for use in a variety of battery-powered applications. The LPV7215 is a rail-to-rail common-mode voltage range that makes it ideal for single-supply operation.

Push-pull output stage, the LPV7215 allows operation with the absolute lowest power consumption when driving any capacitive or resistive load.

The LPV7215 is available in a space-saving package ideal for handheld electronics and mobile phone applications. LPV7215 is the state's advanced VIP50 process manufacturing.
