® The LT 1004 micropower voltage reference is a 2-terminal bandgap reference diode design that provides very low operating current accuracy and excellent temperature characteristics. Optimize the design of key parameters, machining and testing equipment results to the accuracy specifications previously achieved only by selected units. Below is a typical LT1004-1.2 distribution of many reference voltages. Almost all units are well below the ± 4mV limit set.

The LT1004 is a pin-to-pin replacement for the LM185/LM385 series referenced to improved accuracy specifications. What's more, the LT1004 is an attractive device for precision that has been used at the expense of power consumption and trimming systems.
