® The LT 1004 micropower voltage reference is a 2-terminal bandgap reference diode design that offers very low operating current, high accuracy, and excellent temperature characteristics. Optimize the key parameters of the design, machining and test equipment results to accuracy specifications previously achieved only in selected units. Below is a typical LT1004 - 1.2 lot reference voltage distribution. Almost all units are well below the ± 4mV stipulated limit.
The LT1004 is a pin-to-pin replacement reference to the LM185/LM385 family of improved accuracy specifications. More importantly, the LT1004 is an attractive device for accuracy that has gained sacrificing power consumption and trimming systems for use.
