description

The RH1028 (with a stable gain of -1) / RH1128 (with a stable gain of +1) achieves a new standard for superior noise performance with 0.9nV/√Hz 1kHz noise and 1.0nV/√Hz 10Hz noise. This ultra-low noise is combined with excellent high-speed specifications (the RH1028 has a gain bandwidth product of 75MHz compared to 20MHz for the RH1128), distortion-free output, and true precision parameters (0.25μV/°C drift, 20μV offset voltage, 25 million voltage gain). Although the RH1028/RH1128 input stages operate at a collector current close to 1mA (designed for low voltage noise), the input bias current is only 50nA. The voltage noise of the RH1028/RH1128 is lower than that of a 50Ω resistor. As a result, even in very low-source impedance transducer or audio amplifier applications, the impact of RH1028/RH1128 on overall system noise is negligible.
