The LT1054 has a voltage converter with switched capacitor with a voltage regulator

The LT1054 is a bipolar, switched capacitor voltage converter and regulator. It provides higher output current and provides significantly lower converter voltage losses than before. An adaptive switching drive scheme optimizes efficiency over the output current range. A total output current voltage drop of 100 mA is typically 1.1 five, which also applies to the entire supply voltage range of 3.5 V to 15 five, and the quiescent current is typically 2.5 mA.

The LT1054 also provides regulation, a functional switched capacitor voltage converter not previously available. By adding an external resistor divider, a regulated output can be obtained. This output is adjusted for changes in both input voltage and output current. The LT1054 can also shut down feedback from the termination via ground.
