™LT 1111 is a versatile micro-power DC/DC converter. The device requires only three external components to provide a fixed 5V or 12V output. The supply voltage ranges from 2V to 12V in boost mode and 30V in buck mode. The LT1111 functions the same steps, step-down or reversed-phase applications.

LT1111 oscillator setup, optimized equipment, off-the-shelf, off-the-shelf surface mount inductor operating at 72kHz. The device can provide 5V in boost mode at 200mA and 100mA or 5V, 3V input from 12V input buck mode.

Switching current limit can be programmed with a single resistor. A low battery voltage detector, a linear rear regulator, an undervoltage lockout circuit, and an error amplifier can be configured as an auxiliary open-collector gain block.
