LT®The 1223 is a 100MHz current feedback amplifier with very good dc characteristics. The LT1223's high slew rate, 1000V/μs, wide supply voltage range, ± 15V, and large output driver make it ideal for driving dual-terminated cable analog signals at ± 50mA. The current feedback amplifier has a high gain bandwidth, which is different from traditional operational amplifiers.

The LT1223 comes with performance upgrades on industry standard pins and many older products.

The LT1223 is manufactured in a proprietary complementary bipolar process from Sprinter Corporation.
