description

® The LT 1223 is a 100MHz current feedback amplifier with very good DC characteristics. The LT1223's high voltage slew rate, 1000V/μs, wide supply voltage range, ± 15V, and larger output driver make it ideal for driving double-terminated cable analog signals at ± 50mA. Current feedback amplifiers are different from traditional op amps in high gain high gain bandwidth.

The LT1223 comes with an industry standard pin and many older product performance upgrades.

LT1223 is manufactured by Lingte's proprietary complementary bipolar process.
