description

The LT ± 1229/LT1230 dual-core and quad 100MHz current feedback amplifier is designed for the highest performance in a small package. Uses industry-standard pin leads, dual 8-pin miniDIP and 8-pin SO packages, while the quad is 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SO. The amplifier is designed to operate virtually any available supply voltage from 4V (± 2V) to 30V (± 15V).

These current feedback amplifiers have a very high input impedance, making them excellent buffer amplifiers. Almost all of their closed-loop voltage gain maintains its wide bandwidth. The amplifier is optimized for drivers with an output current of 30 mA to drive low-impedance loads such as cables with excellent linearity at high frequencies.

The LT1229/LT1230 is manufactured using Lingliert's proprietary complementary bipolar process. Single amplifiers like the LT1227 and better DC accuracy see the LT1223.
