® The LT 1236 is a precision combination of ultralow drift and noise references with excellent long-term stability and high output accuracy. The reference and absorbs up to 10mA and the input voltage is almost completely immune to variations. Two voltages: 5V and 10V.The 10V version, can be used as a shunt regulator, with the same accuracy characteristic for a three-terminal connection (double-ended Zener). Special care has been taken to minimize thermal regulation effects and temperature-induced hysteresis. The LT1236 combines excellent accuracy and temperature coefficient specifications with high power, chipheaters. The LT1236 references the structure of a buried Zener diode that eliminates noise and stability issues with surface breakdown devices. In addition, subsurface Zener exhibits better temperature drift than even the best bandgap reference and time stability.
