description

® The LT 1302/LT1302-5 micropower step-up DC/DC converters maintain high efficiency over a wide range of output currents. They transfer between heavy loads from supply voltages as low as 2V and feature automatic burst mode operation at light loads, as opposed to the current mode of operation. NPN power switches have low internal losses and can handle currents in excess of 2A and switching frequencies up to 400kHz. Quiescent current is only 200μA, which further reduces shutdown by 15μA. Available in the 8-lead PDIPor 8-pin SO package, the LT1302/LT1302-5, the highest current rating switch of any similar package on the switch market is currently available.
