® The LT 1302/LT1302-5 micropower boost DC/DC converters maintain a wide range of output current efficiency. They shift between heavy loads from a supply voltage as low as 2V and automatic burst mode operation at light loads, while the current mode of operation. NPN power switches have low internal losses and can handle currents in excess of 2A and switching frequencies up to 400kHz. The quiescent current is only 200μA, which can further reduce the shutdown by 15μA. In an 8-pin PDIPor 8-pin SO package, LT1302/LT1302-5, the switch is currently rated for any switch in any comparable package on the market.
