LT^®3014 是一款高电压、微功率低压差线性稳压器。该器件能够提供 20mA 输出电流和一个 350mV 的压差。LT3014 专为在电池供电型或高电压系统中使用而设计，低静态电流 (工作时为 7μA，停机模式中则为 1μA) 使其成为一种理想的选择。在压差条件下，静态电流也处于良好受控状态。

LT3014 的其他特点包括在采用非常小输出电容器情况下运作的能力。这些稳压器可在输出端上仅布设 0.47μF 电容器时实现稳定，而大多数老式器件则需要采用 10μF 至 100μF 电容器。可以使用小的陶瓷电容器，而不像其他稳压器常见的那样必需增加 ESR。内部保护电路包括反向电池保护、电流限制、热限制和反向电流保护。
