    The LT3015 regulator can achieve stability when using a single 10μF (minimum) output capacitor. Additionally, this regulator can use small ceramic capacitors, unlike other regulators that require an increased ESR. The internal protection circuit includes reverse output protection, precise current limits with reversal, and hysteresis thermal limits.

    The LT3015 regulator offers fixed output voltages of -2.5V, -3V, -3.3V, -5V, -12V, and -15V, as well as adjustable devices with a single -1.22V reference voltage. The device comes in package options including 5-pin TO-220 and DD-Pak, enhanced heat resistance 12-pin MSOP, and a flat (height only 0.75mm) 8-pin 3mm x 3mm DFN package.
