  description

  ®The LT 6107 is a versatile high-voltage side current sensing amplifier designed for operation across a wide temperature range. Outstanding device characteristics (maximum offset of 250μV and maximum input bias current of 40nA) provide design flexibility. The gain of each device is set by two resistors, achieving an accuracy of better than 1%. The LT6107 monitors current through an external detection resistor (shunt resistor) across the voltage. The internal circuit converts the input voltage into output current, allowing a small signal at high common-mode voltage to be converted into a ground reference signal. Low DC offset allows monitoring of very low detection voltages. Therefore, a shunt resistor with a small resistance value can be used to minimize power loss in the branch. With a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 44V, high accuracy, and a wide operating temperature range, the LT6107 is ideal for automotive, industrial, and power management applications. The LT6107's extremely low power supply current also makes it a suitable choice for low-power and battery-powered applications.
