  ®The LT 6200/LT6201 are single-channel and dual-channel ultra-low noise, rail-to-rail input and output, and stable unity gain operational amplifiers, with a noise voltage of 0.95nV/√Hz. These amplifiers combine extremely low noise, a 165MHz gain bandwidth, and a 50V/μs slew rate, and are specifically optimized for low-voltage signal conditioning systems. One shutdown pin reduces the power supply current during standby conditions, while the hot shutdown circuit protects the device from damage under overload conditions. The LT6200-5/LT6200-10 are single-channel amplifiers optimized for higher gain applications, achieving high gain bandwidth and conversion rates. The LT6200 series maintains its performance when using 2.5V to 12.6V power supplies, with technical specifications developed for 3V, 5V, and ±5V power supplies. To achieve a compact circuit board layout, the LT6200/LT6200-5/LT6200-10 use a 6-pin ThinSOTTM and an 8-pin SO package. The dual-channel device LT6201 uses an 8-pin SO package with standard pin configurations and a slim, dual-side fine-pitch leadless package (DFN). These amplifiers can be used to directly replace many high-speed op-amps to improve input/output range and noise performance
