LT^®The 6202/LT6203/LT6204 are low noise, rail-to-rail input and output, overall gain stable single/dual/quad op amps with noise voltages of 1.9nV/√Hz, each drawing only 2.5mA of supply current. These amplifiers putVeryLow noise and supply current combined with a gain-bandwidth product of 100MHz, a slew rate of 25V/us, and is optimized for low supply voltage signal conditioning systems.

These amplifiers maintain their performance from supply voltages of 2.5V to 12.6V and are specified for 3V, 5V, and ±5V supplies. Harmonic distortion below -80dBc at 1MHz makes these amplifiers suitable for low power data acquisition systems.

The LT6202 is available in a 5-lead TSOT-23 package and an 8-lead SO package; The LT6203 is available in 8-lead SO and MSOP packages with standard op amp pin configurations. For compact circuit layout, the LT6203 is also available in tiny, small leadless (DFN) packages. LT6204 IVroadThe amplifier is available in 16-pin SSOP and 14-pin SO packages. These devices can be used as plug-in replacements for many op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance.
