description

®The LT 6205 / LT6206 / LT6207 are low-cost, single/dual/quad voltage feedback amplifiers with a 100MHz gain bandwidth product, 450V/μs slew rate, and 50mA output current. These amplifiers have an input range that includes ground potential and an output that oscillates within 60mV of either power rail, making them ideal for single-supply operation.

The performance of these amplifiers is maintained over a supply range of 2.7V to 12.6V and is specificationd for 3V, 5V, and ±5V supplies. The input can be driven out of the power supply range without causing damage or inversion of the output. The isolation between channels is high, exceeding 90dB at 10MHz frequency.

The LT6205 is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package, and the LT6206 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package with a standard op-amp pin configuration. For a compact layout, the LT6207, a quad-channel device in a 16-pin SSOP package, is available. These devices are available in temperature range specifications for commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
