    LT®The 6230/LT6231/LT6232 are single/dual/quad low noise, rail-to-rail output, unity-gain stable operational amplifiers with a noise voltage of 1.1nV/√Hz and drawing only 3.5mA of supply current per amplifier. These amplifiers combine very low noise and supply current with a gain-bandwidth product of 215MHz and a slew rate of 70V/μs and are optimized for low supply voltage signal conditioning systems. The LT6230-10 is a single amplifier optimized for higher gain applications, resulting in higher gain bandwidth and slew rate. The LT6230 and LT6230-10 include an enable pin that can be used to reduce supply current to less than 10μA.

    With an output that swings within 50mV of either rail, the amplifier family is designed to maximize signal dynamic range in low supply applications and is specified for 3.3V, 5V, and ±5V supplies. en • √ I per amplifierSUPPLYThe product is 1.9, making it one of the most noise-reducing op amps.

    The LT6230/LT6230-10 are available in a 6-lead SOT-23 package and the LT6231 dual devices are available in an 8-lead SO package with a standard pinout configuration. For compact layouts, dual devices are also available in tiny two-sided pin-pitch leadless packages (DFNs). The LT6232 is available in a 16-lead SSOP package.
