LT^®The 6350 is a rail-to-rail input and output, low noise, single-ended-to-differential converter/ADC driver with fast settling times. It converts a high or low impedance single-ended input signal into a low impedance, balanced, differential output suitable for driving a high performance differential successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. The two-op amp topology has a very low noise op amp capable of supporting SNR > 110dB in a 1MHz bandwidth.

The input op amp is trimmed to achieve a constant, low input reference voltage offset over the entire input range to prevent V_OSThe step causes distortion performance to degrade.

With a single 5V supply, the output can swing from 55mV to 4.945V. With the addition of a negative supply, the LT6350 is capable of swinging from 0V to 4.945V. The output common-mode voltage is set by applying a voltage to the +IN2 pin.

The LT6350 draws 4.8mA from a 5V supply while consuming only 60μA in shutdown.

The LT6350 is available in a compact 3mm × 3mm, 8-lead leadless DFN package or in an 8-lead MSOP package with an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 125ºC.
