description

®The LT 6350 is a fast, stable-time, low-noise, single-ended differential converter/ADC driver for rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. It converts a high- or low-impedance single-ended input signal into a low-impedance, balanced, differential output suitable for driving high-performance differential successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs. The two-op amp topology features a very low-noise op amp capable of supporting SNR > 110dB in a single 1MHz bandwidth.

The input op amp is trimmed to achieve a constant low input reference offset over the entire input range, designed to prevent distortion degradation due to VOS steps.

When using a single 5V supply, the output can swing from 55mV to 4.945V. With an additional negative supply, the LT6350 is capable of swinging from 0V to 4.945V. The output common-mode voltage is set by applying a voltage to the +IN2 pin.

The LT6350 draws 4.8mA from a 5V supply while drawing only 60μA in downtime mode.

The LT6350 is available in a compact 3mm x 3mm, 8-pin leadless DFN package and is also available in an 8-pin MSOP package with an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 125ºC.
