    LT®The 6600-15 combines a fully differential amplifier with a 4th-order 15MHz low-pass filter that approximates Chebyshev frequency response. Most differential amplifiers require many precision external components to trim gain and bandwidth. In a big difference, with the LT6600-15, the differential gain can be programmed by two external resistors, and the filter's 15MHz cutoff frequency and passband ripple are set internally. The LT6600-15 also provides the level shifts necessary to set its output common-mode voltage to accommodate the reference voltage requirements of A/D.

    The LT6600-15 uses a proprietary internal architecture that integrates an antialiasing filter and a differential amplifier/driver without sacrificing distortion or low noise performance. At unity gain, an impressive in-band signal-to-noise ratio is measured. At higher gains, the noise caused by the input decreases, allowing the device to handle smaller input differential signals without significant degradation of the output signal-to-noise ratio.

    The LT6600-15 also has the ability to operate in low voltage conditions. The differential design is provided for a 2VP-PExcellent performance at signal levels, and the device operates from a single 3V supply.

    The LT6600-15 is available in an SO-8 package and is pin compatible with standalone differential amplifiers.
