A fixed-frequency low-pass filter approximates a Chebyshev response. By integrating a filter and a differential amplifier, the device achieves extremely low distortion and noise. Under unit gain conditions, the measured in-band signal-to-noise ratio is an impressive 82dB. At higher gains, the input reference noise decreases, allowing the device to handle smaller input differential signals without significant degradation of the signal-to-noise ratio. The gain and phase between the two channels are highly matched. The gain of each channel is set independently with two external resistors. By providing an adjustable output common-mode voltage, the LT6604-10 achieves level shifting, making it ideal for direct connection to ADCs. The LT6604-10 specifications are fully developed for 3V operating voltage. When using a single 3V supply, this differential design achieves excellent performance at signal levels up to 2VP-P.
