description

The now obsolete H (metal cans), J (ceramics) and K (metal cans) from the linear technology packages

To optimize performance and improve functionality in specific applications, the frequency of the internal oscillator is increased by a factor of 7. Use smaller external capacitors to operate at higher frequencies to save board space. The internal oscillator can also be deactivated to save power. The OSC pin is connected to GND or V+ when the 5V input supply current drops to 1.5μA.
