description

The LTC™1046 is a 50mA monolithic CMOS switching capacitor-voltage converter. It is plugged in 5V applications and requires a larger output current of ICL7660/LTC1044. The device is optimized to provide high input voltage below 6V or current capability. It shuts off the operating voltage to obtain a higher output current. LTC1046 offers a variety of voltage conversion functions: input voltage, reversible (V OUT = μV in), (V OUT = IN/2 V) divided or multiplied (V IN, OUT = NV).

Pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with ICL7660 and LTC1044, LTC1046 provides 2.5x the output drive capability.
