description

LTC1144 is a monolithic CMOS switching capacitive voltage converter. It performs conversion from positive to negative supply voltages in the input range from 2V to 18V, with complementary output voltages of -2V - 18V. There are only two non-critical external capacitive charge pumps and the need to be responsible for the function of the reservoir. The converter has an internal oscillator that can be clocked by an external clock or slowed down when connected to a capacitor overload. When unloaded, the oscillator operates at a frequency of 10kHz. A higher frequency audio band other than the band is also available if the boost pin is connected to the V+. SHDN pin, the supply current is reduced to 8μA, and the converter can be used to save power when not in use. The LTC1144 contains an internal oscillator, division by two, voltage level converter, and four power MOSFETs. A special logic circuit will prevent switching from the N-channel switching substrate from the power supply.
