description

The now obsolete H (metal cans), J (ceramics) and K (metal cans) from the linear technology packages

Includes chip overcurrent detection to provide automatic shutdown in the event of a short circuit. The series with the current sense of time delay can be added to prevent false triggers from high in busy loads such as capacitors and incandescent lamps. LTC1155 operates a 4.5V to 18V power input that safely drives almost all FEF gates. LTC1155 is ideal for low-voltage (battery-powered) applications, especially where micro-"sleep" operation is required. LTC1155 is available in 8-pin PDIP and 8-pin SO packages.
