The LTC™1232 provides power monitoring, watchdog timing, and an external reset microprocessor system. An accurate internal voltage reference and comparator circuit, display power cable. When a tolerance condition occurs, the reset output is forced to be active. The RST output is guaranteed to maintain logic low even as low as 1V with V CC.

LTC1232 features an internal watchdog timer that does not force a pre-set timeout time when the power active reset output gating input is not forced. You can set the watchdog timer to a timeout period of 150 milliseconds, 600 milliseconds, or 1.2 seconds.

LTC1232 perform reset button control. LTC1232 debounced button input and guarantees a minimum reset pulse width of 250ms positive.
