description

The LTC ® 1262 is a regulated 12V, 30mA output DC/DC converter. It is intended to provide 12V ± 5% of the necessary solution byte-wide flash memory. The output provides up to 30mA from a low input voltage of 4.75V without the use of any inductors. Only 4 external capacitors need to complete a very small surface mount circuit. The TTL-compatible shutdown pin can be connected directly to the microprocessor and can operate a supply current of less than 0.5μA. LTC1262 provides improved shutdown current performance and requires fewer external components than comparable solutions. LTC1262 is an 8-pin PDIP or SO-8 package.
