The LTC™1386 is an ultra-low-power 2-driver/2-receiver EIA/TIA562 transceiver that operates from a single 3.3V supply. The charge pump requires only four 0.1μF capacitors to save space. The transceiver has a supply current (I CC) and driver offload output of only 200μA.

LTC1386 is fully compatible with all data transfer rates and overvoltage EIA/TIA562 specifications. The transceiver can operate on a 1000pF, 3KΩ load up to 120kbaud. Two driver outputs and receiver inputs, forced to 25V without damage, capable of withstanding multiple ± 10kV ESD shocks.
