description

The LTC™1386 is an ultralow power 2-driver/2-receiver EIA/TIA562 transceiver that operates from a single 3.3V supply. The charge pump requires only four 0.1μF capacitors to save space. The transceiver's supply current (ICC）The offload output with the driver is only 200μA.

LTC1386 is fully compatible with all data rates and overvoltage EIA/TIA562 specifications. The transceiver can run up to 120kbaud into a 1000pF, 3KΩ load. Two driver outputs and receiver inputs, which can be forced up to 25V without damage, are able to withstand multiple ± 10kV ESD shocks.
