LTC®1443 / LTC1444 / LTC1445is an ultra-low power quad comparator with a built-in voltage reference. These comparators haveof supply current(Over the entire temperature range), an internal benchmark(LTC1443for1.182V±1%whereasLTC1444 / LTC1445is1.221V±1%), programmable hysteresis(LTC1444 / LTC1445)and those that can absorb and supply currentTTL / CMOSoutput(LTC1443 / LTC1445aboutLTC1444is an open-drain output)。 The reference output can drive a UP GUUM0.01μFof bypass capacitors without oscillation.
